Cancellation Policy:

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is only possible in case of suspected fraudulent activity.

Cancellation before shipment:

Contact us to cancel orders before shipment. Refunds are processed within 2 - 5 days after cancellation.

Refund process:

Refunds are issued within 2 - 5 business days for cancellations. Credit/debit card or net banking payments are refunded to the original account. Refunds can also be issued via Seed and Herbs coupons.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds:

Returns/exchanges can be requested within 5 days of delivery. Defective products can also be returned within this timeframe. Partial returns are accepted.

Conditions for return acceptance:

Products must be returned with original packaging and intact seals, labels, and barcodes. Returns are not accepted without these conditions.

Returning damaged or wrong products:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide order details and images/video of the issue. Refund or replacement initiated upon receipt of returned products.

Returning free gifts:

Free gifts must be returned with the original packaging.

Returning part of an order:

Partial returns are accepted, but products must be returned with original packaging.
